Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return. Email admin@litkogiftshop.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances and personal-care items can't be returned. Final-sale items are noted on their product pages.

Damaged or wrong item? Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
