Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States, with free shipping on orders over $75. Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

At the moment we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — join our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping opens.

Yes! Gifting is what we do best. Every order is packed with care, and you can add a gift note at checkout. Look for our gift-wrap option on eligible items.

Always. We work directly with Korean brands and independent makers, so everything you buy is the real thing — carefully chosen and sourced.

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, fragrances and personal-care items can't be returned once opened. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Once your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status any time by logging into your account.
