Processing time. Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time. Most US orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Rates. Flat-rate shipping within the United States, calculated at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return. Email jaec@litkogiftshop.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances and personal-care items can't be returned. Final-sale items are noted on their product pages.
